Small indoor home atrium design

Hello. Can you help me find some ideas for designing planting for an indoor home atrium? It is 10 ft by 10 ft, has one solid wall and three walls of all windows facing the entry, living room and breakfast room. The ceiling is quite high -- about 15 feet maybe -- and there is a large skylight. There is no foundation, just dirt at ground level. The walls are all (above the windows as well as the skylight well and the one solid wall) stained an oak color. Ideally this room could be redone as an office or used to enlarge the breakfast room or as a tech center or ??? but I want to keep it as an atrium because it also serves as the home for an Amazon parrot. The parrot does not travel around the room and so would not damage any plants so is not much of a consideration other than that I need to be able to clean under his perches. Kitty litter under this area works nicely. I have searched the internet for indoor garden, garden atriums, home atriums, you name it....just can't find any ideas at all. I don't have a thing on it. I'm looking and will create a directory shortly. It may take me a few days.

Wow Indoor garden is indeed a fantastic and very cool idea. It will make your house very much attractive and indeed nice place to stay. I have my own indoor garden also at home and when you open the glass door you will go straight with my backyard garden which has a garden pergola make it look very much elegant and romantic for couples like us to talk.

Please do let us see some pictures of it. I haven't got around to building the directory just yet and it would be great help to see it.

How about tiny decorative plant design inside a glass of bottle, vase? Can you help any ideas of planting some small tree inside a bottle? What kind of decorative tree can live indoor?
That we can put on a table in living room, office, kitchen.
