Just saying hello! I found this site a while back and find myself coming back. Decided to register. Doesn't look like there's much activity on this message board, but I'm so thrilled with the entire website, that I'm going to stay a while.

A little about me:
I love gardening and tending to my plants. I'd consider myself in the medium to advanced category when it comes to plant physiology, maintenance, and general growing knowledge.

I just bought a house with a double lot in May 2008 and the yard has been neglected for many years. It's literally a woods in town. I have a lot of brush clearing in the woods. The turf areas are pretty rough, but I know I can bring it back with TLC, patience, and time. I know my neighbors are rooting for me in getting this place cleaned up.

I've done a lot just in 1 year, but there's so much more to work on. It's a fun challenge for sure.

Glad to have you here and that you find the site useful.

So far, there's not much going on here in the forum. I'm hoping it will catch on and folks will direct questions here. Most times I'm able to and like to answer posts myself. However, there are unanswered posts here because I have been called out on so many duties. I'm back now.

Again, welcome to the site. If you have any specific questions, post them and I'll do my best to answer or point you in the right direction.

My name is Lan, I'm very glad finding this page, it's usefull and to be honestly I don't think that someone make it and share ideas for free. Thank you, Steve. What I saw in this page is something I'd dream about for a long time, now I can step by step join in.

I'm not have a big house to make a big beautiful garden but I love to gardening and tending to my small plants. Now I'm intend to build an very small stone landscape in balcony. It can reduce stress for me and have something to do after work.

Walking around in this site, I've got an idea that I can try to do, thank you very much.
How to be a landscape designer? Is that difficulty? That is still a new career and a new idea in Vietnam.
